If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you can't seem to locate it, consider checking your designated safe location, reaching out to your neighbors (if it's safe to do so), or getting in touch with the carrier (as some carriers continue deliveries until 10 PM).

On rare occasions, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable.

When a package is returned by the carrier as undeliverable, our automated process for handling returns kicks in.
